I almost forgot to weigh in again! I was about to get breakfast, and I remembered. I guess I’ll be back after weighing. Wish me luck. I’m nervous.
212.6… I gained weight. I can’t say I’m overly surprised. I really just don’t have any effort. I think I need to take some time and re-evaluate my goals and find something that works for me.
On the bright side, I have all A’s in all my classes, and midtri is only in 1 to 2 weeks. This is the best I’ve done since like… 3rd grade. So I haven’t just been doing nothing. Maybe I’ll stick to focusing on my grades until summer, and try and work more and more healthy food into my diet, maybe go out for a run or two.

So, I was supposed to do my monthly weigh in yesterday, but I forgot, and I also forgot today. I always weigh in before I consume anything and after I have a bowel movement. I feel it’s most accurate and consistent then. So, weigh in tomorrow!

Today, I cried on and off for an hour for no reason at all, stuffed my face with burger king, and to top it all off, got my period.

Exciting stuff!
So, really, nothing to update on. I just figured I should say something.
I’m starting to feel a little smaller. I also feel healthier. I have more energy.
I’m going into the doctor this week (hopefully) to get a bump on my back checked out. Since I’m obese they weigh be whenever I go in. I’m a little nervous because their scale is higher than mine. I guess I just have to remember that and not worry about it. I’ve also been freaking myself out on webmd. Everything that I’ve found that sounds like my bump is different types of skin cancer. Either way, I’m going to need a skin biopsy, which does not look fun. Eckk
I got 2 new bras today. Long over due. I’ve worn the same 3 bras for 2 years or more. I’ve gone from a 38 B to a 40 D. I look so much better in these new bras. Just boosting my self confidence to lose weight even more! (:

So I’ve basically given in on No-sweets March. At least I tried! I also looked at my first weigh in, and I did lose 0.4 pounds when I peeked at my weight. So for half a week I guess that’s expected. I went onto myfitnesspal.com to see how many calories they put me at, and it was only about 50 more. So I’m going to continue on with livestrong.com since I’m comfortable there. Though I changed my weight goal to 1.5 pounds a week, which gives me another 200 calories, which will help. If that’s still not enough I’ll go down to 1 pound a week. I would prefer to feel satisfied than and to lose weight a little slower. This really is all a learning process. I’m happy that you all are coming along for the ride!
